11:00 am Sunday morning, the phone rings and it is Øyvind. "Get on your bike gear, we are going out for a ride in this wonderful fall weather".
I scurried around my apartment to find all my bike clothing and other bike stuff, plus dusted off my Cannondale which has sadly been neglected this year.
Thank you Øyvind for getting me out in the sun!
